Michael E. Lombard

Michael E. Lombard is a native of Massachusetts, having grown up in the greater Boston area. As an employee of Suffolk University, Mike attended Suffolk University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1974. He continued his education at Suffolk, graduating from the Law School in 1978.

Mike started his legal career concentrating in residential real estate transactions with the Law Offices of Whittemore and Cove in Boston and Arlington, MA, being associated with that firm from 1979 until 1988. In 1988, Mike opened his own practice in Andover and has practiced conveyancing in the Andover area, concentrating in residential and commercial real estate from 1988 to date. He actively participates in continuing education for real estate brokers and has delivered first time homebuyers seminars for many organizations and numerous lenders.

Mike is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts state courts, was admitted to practice in the United States District Court and Court of Appeals in 1979 and the United States Supreme Court in 1982.

Mike is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and the Essex County Bar Association. He maintains associate membership in the Credit Union League of Massachusetts and the Northeast Association of Realtors where he delivers continuing education courses for real estate brokers.

Gita Brazelis

Gita Brazelis, a newly admitted attorney, Boston born, was raised on the South Shore and early on relocated to New Hampshire. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire, making the Dean’s List, with a Bachelor of Science in 1990. After several years in the workforce in various Management/Administration roles, Gita decided to pursue a legal career. In 2001, while working as a Paralegal in Boston for Peabody and Arnold, LLP, she began attending law school. In 2002, Gita began work in Andover as a Paralegal for the Law Office of Michael E. Lombard while continuing her legal education and graduated cum laude from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2005.  

Gita has been admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State Courts in 2005 and the New Hampshire State Court and Federal Court Systems in 2006. She is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
